1. FORMS OF PAYMENT
Subject to the terms stated herein, the payee entity ("we", "us") that is named on the invoice accepts the following as valid payment methods for all transactions unless specified otherwise. We currently accept:
2. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
The credit card used for the transaction must remain valid for more than one (1) month from the date of Your transaction. You will not be able to change the credit card once Your Order has been submitted.
2.1 Information required and data protection
Please provide Your personal information as follows:
- First/Given and last/family name
- Contact number (country code, area code and telephone number)
- Billing and shipping address (street, city, state, zip code and country)

The above data is mandatory to enable us to process the transaction.
Please note that we will retain some of Your credit card information to facilitate a smooth paying experience for future transactions. We only retain the first 4 and last 4 digits of each credit card and expiry date in our database. Our credit card information system is managed by an independent bank payment gateway which is fully audited and compliant with global banking standards. For more information on personal data protection, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
2.2 Account Verification
At the time Your order is placed, we may check Your credit card information with Your credit card issuing institution if we deem it necessary. We will also obtain an approval from Your credit card issuing institution for the amount in Your Order. For typical Orders, Your credit card account will be charged immediately upon this approval. For Pre-orders, Your credit card will be charged before shipment.
Unsuccessful credit card payment could be due to one of these reasons:

Your credit card has not been activated

You have reached your credit card limit

You have provided us with incorrect credit card information

Your issuing bank requires a pre-transaction verification

Your credit card is expiring in 30 days
There may also be other factors involved that result in unsuccessful credit card transaction. We may act to process or not process Your Order as we deem fit.
2.3 Payment Process
You should provide Your billing information that matches Your credit card information. You will be informed via a real-time online message if Your payment has NOT been successfully processed.
Upon successful payment, we will arrange delivery of the Product(s) in Your Order according to our Shipping Policy and/or activate the Services in Your Order according to the ZiiLife Terms and Conditions.
3. PAYMENT BY PAYPAL
If You choose PayPal as your mode of payment, You will be directed to the official PayPal web site through the "PayPal Express Checkout" at our Site. You will be required to log into your PayPal account before proceeding to make payment. Product(s) will be shipped and Services will be activated only after PayPal has confirmed the transfer of funds. You will be informed via a real-time online message if Your payment has NOT been successfully processed.
Please note that automatic payments for the following services will not be available via PayPal:
PayPal may require certain mandatory personal information during payment process. For more information on personal data protection on PayPal, please refer to PayPal Privacy Policy at PayPal’s web site.
4. PAYMENT BY TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER
We accept telegraphic transfer (TT) as valid mode of payment where the total price payable for the Product(s) ordered is above US$1,000 (excluding shipping/transport charges, taxes and duties, etc).
4.1 Information Required and Data Protection
Please provide Your personal information as follows:

4.2 Payment Verification and Processing
Upon successful verification of payment by us, Orders will be processed and Product(s) shipped and/or Services activated.
You are responsible for all bank charges including recipient bank charges. Your bank may inform You if Your payment has NOT been successfully transferred. If this happens, You should promptly inform us and re-arrange payment.
Payment in full must be received by us within 14 calendar days of placing the Order, otherwise the Order will be deemed cancelled. If there is an underpayment by You, You have to pay the difference and all bank charges including recipient bank charges before Your Order is processed.
Please note that You shall confirm payment via e-mail to us once You have made the transfer. Upon request, You shall send us documentary proof of the transfer.
5. PAYMENT BY Zii$
ZiiMeet calls (including PSTN/Mobile, multi-party conferencing) are only payable by Zii$ credits.
Partial payment of any single invoice using Zii$ credits is allowed only for selected Products and Services.

6. FEES AND CHARGES
You are responsible for fees and charges relating to Your Service Contract and paid services obtained at any of our Sites. In any and all circumstances, You will be subject to the fees notwithstanding any errors or failure in e-mail transmission or loss of any data. It is a requirement that You pay the amount invoiced to You including any applicable taxes and additional charges. Your payment obligation remains notwithstanding any notice received from You to terminate Your Service Contract or if You request the termination or suspension of Services, or if we terminate Your Service Contract and/or suspend the Services.
You must immediately notify us by writing to Zii Contact Center if there are any billing discrepancies or dispute within seven (7) calendar days of the invoice date. Otherwise, the billing information as stated shall be deemed valid, correct, accurate and conclusively binding to You. Your notification to us shall not exempt You of Your obligation to make full payment (including any disputed amount) by the due date stated on our invoice.
You are liable for all fees and charges under Your service contract whether or not the Services are utilized.
Any default in the payment of the fees and charges under Your service contract, may result in immediate suspension of the services until full payment is made. We reserve our rights to terminate Your service contract and require full payment and/or damages for any contractual breach.
7. BILLING CURRENCY
Our billing currency is in United States Dollars (US$). Your payment of the amount that we invoice You must be made in US$ without deduction.
8. SINGAPORE GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST)
Only Users who are obliged to pay Singapore Goods and Services Tax will be invoiced this tax. Users who are not obliged to pay Singapore GST will not be invoiced this tax.
Singapore GST is not applicable when payment is made using Zii$ credits.
9. CUSTOMS DUTIES, IMPORT DUTIES AND OTHER TAXES
You shall bear all applicable taxes and duties. Do note, however, that customs duties, import duties and other taxes may be applicable depending on Your jurisdiction. These Taxes, if any, shall be borne by You.
