  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    Zii.com (Zii Pte. Ltd.) will ship ordered packages (the "Packages") from its fulfillment hub within 5 business days upon successful order confirmation. Carrier companies not authorized by Zii are not allowed to provide delivery for the Packages.

    Orders may be shipped in separate packages.

    Changing of shipping address is not allowed after order is confirmed. Users may however update or add a new shipping address before the order is confirmed.

  2. TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

    Zii.com will send you a shipment notification email identifying the carrier and a tracking number (if available) upon shipment. You can track the shipment by logging in to the Courier Company website with your tracking information.

    Please note that an order with several items may be delivered in separate shipments. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

  3. RECEIVING SHIPMENT

    The recipient’s acknowledgement signature is required for deliveries received. Should you be unavailable at the time of delivery, you may appoint a kin residing at the delivery address indicated to accept the package on your behalf.

    Subsequent deliveries may be arranged should no one be present to sign for the package. Re-delivery charges may be imposed by the appointed Courier Company.

  4. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

    Import taxes, customs duties and fees may be levied by some destination countries. Additional charges for customs clearance will be borne by the customer. As customs policies vary from country to country, we encourage you to contact your local customs offices for further information.

  5. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

    Packages returned to Zii after unsuccessful delivery attempts will be classified undeliverable packages. Our carriers may classify a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

    Incorrect Address
    If the address is incorrect or outdated, the carrier will typically return the package to Zii. Please double check your address carefully when placing a new order.

    Hotels, APO/FPO/P.O. Box address listed
    As signature acknowledgement is required to validate delivery, we do not deliver Packages to addresses of Post Office (PO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), Army Post Office (APO), Hotels or any other entities of the like. These are deemed undeliverable addresses. You should therefore take care to submit a valid residential address for delivery of your package.

    Failed Delivery Attempt/ Recipient is not informed of delivery
    We recommend that you inform the recipient if the Package to be delivered is intended as a gift. This is to avoid deliveries being rejected. Rejected Packages will be considered Failed Deliveries and returned to Zii.

    Please note that you will be responsible for any re-delivery expenses incurred.

  6. DAMAGED SHIPMENT

    If the shipment delivered is damaged, do not accept the item. Notify Zii Contact Center immediately for a replacement.

    If, however, you discover the item is damaged after accepting the delivery, you should raise a Dead on Arrival (DOA) Return request within 7 calendar days of receiving the damaged Package. In this case, the damaged item will be deemed Dead-On-Arrival (DOA). Should you report the damage shipment after 7 calendar days of receiving the item, Zii will process the returned Package according to our standard Warranty Return Policy.

    Please note that you may need to bear shipping charges when you return the damaged shipment to Zii. For more details, please refer to Warranty Return Policy.

  7. DELAYED & LOST SHIPMENT

    (1) Zii does not guarantee, nor is it responsible for any delay that occurs once the Package leaves the fulfillment hub. Zii is also not responsible for circumstances beyond our control resulting in shipment being delayed. These circumstances include, but are not limited to peak holiday seasons, interruptions on the carrier or customs end.

    (2) A Package that does not arrive on time could possibly be lost during shipment.

    In either of the above two cases, if you do not receive the Package within fourteen (14) calendar days of shipment notification, please contact Zii Contact Center for assistance.

  8. MISSING ITEM OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

    If you receive the wrong item or discover items missing from your shipment, please contact Zii Contact Center for assistance.
