What are the available modes of payment?

What will happen to my product if my warranty expires during the servicing period?

We will still service your product if the original warranty was valid when the warranty return ticket is issued. Thereafter, the product will be covered with a one-off limited warranty extension, starting from the date the serviced product is dispatched from the service center.

Are there any criteria for the available payment modes?

Purchases under US$10 can only be paid for with Zii$ credits. Payment by credit card or a combination of credit card and Zii$ payment is only applicable when the total value of your purchase exceeds US$10. The sole exception is the ZiiLife Beta Plan (US$9.95) which you may pay for by credit card.

How will warranty coverage change after the product has been serviced by Zii?

The serviced product will be covered by the remaining period of the original warranty, or a one-off limited warranty extension, whichever is longer. The one-off limited warranty extension starts on the day the serviced product is dispatched from the service center.

How do I get a ZiiLife Beta plan?

Existing members who do not have a plan can opt for the free ZiiLife Starter Plan, or purchase the ZiiLife Beta plan at only US$9.95(U.P.$19.95) in My Account > Subscription.

ZiiLife members with a Starter Plan and an activation code can upgrade to a Beta plan here.

What are the features of ZiiMeet?

Voice and Video Conference Calls (Coming Soon) 
ZiiMeet can accommodate up to 6 participants in a video or voice conference call. You can instantly hold a meeting with your associates — without the hassle and costs of making a business trip.  

PC-to-Phone, PC-to-PC
ZiiMeet gives you flexibility to call people on their landline, mobile phones, computers, and other ZiiMeet supported devices.  

Desktop Screen Sharing  
ZiiMeet helps you convey your message in the clearest possible way. With desktop screen sharing, your contacts will be able to see what’s happening on your screen in real-time. This is especially useful when you are conducting an online presentation over a conference call for instance.

Multi-protocol instant messaging 
ZiiMeet lets you connect to your other instant messaging accounts from Yahoo! Messenger (YM),AOL Instant Messenger(AIM) and Windows Live Messenger.

How do I check if my product is still under warranty?

1.Log in to the Zii Support Web Page.
2.Click Warranty & Returns.
3.From there, click Proceed, enter your product serial or tax invoice number (Access your Zii My Account > Order History to get your tax invoice number).
4.Click View to select the product. The Warranty Information panel will show you the selected product's warranty status.

Can I still send my product back for servicing after the warranty has expired?

Yes. You may raise a warranty return request, from the Warranty and Returns Page

How will I know if my credit card information is safe with Zii.com?

Zii.com uses security measures such as Verified by Visa (VbV) and Card Verification Code (CVC) or Card Verification Value Code (CVV code). In addition, all credit card transactions are processed by SSL secured web pages.
