Before you raise a warranty return request...

We strongly recommend that you check out the self-help section before raising a warranty return request. Most issues can be easily solved with the troubleshooting tips provided, saving you time and money!

Important Notice
 
  1. Prior to any product warranty return, please read the warranty return policy.
  2. Back-up all data, prior to product warranty return.
  3. Return only the product or accessories required as indicated on the ticket. Other accessories which are not part of the warranty return will not be replaced.
  4. Product that has User-Induced-Damage or Warranty-Expired, shall have a fee imposed for Warranty-Void or Warranty-Expired, as part of the warranty return process.
  5. All warranty returns have to be sent in by mail or courier, according to the recommended packing guidelines. Walk-in cases will strictly not be entertained at the Service Center.
